QUOTATION TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS

For the purpose of quality assurance surveys, information for further training measures or further product information, the customer agrees to be contacted by us.

All prices exclude VAT, which will be charged at the current rate, if applicable. Delivery Terms (INCOTERMS 2020)

Prices for UK and Ireland are valid for 30-days from the date stated on this quotation. Prices for all international works and Marine are valid for 7-days from the date stated on this quotation, unless stated otherwise

Prices quoted are based on an 8-hour working day inclusive of travelling times to and from site. Any additional time worked beyond these hours will be charged at our hourly rate

Any delays out of our control will be charged at our daily rate

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a pre-arranged visit will be charged at our daily rate

Any parking or other charges incurred by our engineers will be added to the final invoice

Exclusions:

  • Any other parts other than those quoted
  • Weekend and overtime working
  • Any delays beyond our control will be charged at your normal daily rate

Please note that deliveries stated are correct at time of quoting and can be confirmed once an order is received/ready for despatch.

Where both material and labour are quoted, we reserve the right to invoice for the material content of the order if there is a delay in being able to install the parts supplied after 30 days from date of delivery to site

BREXIT: Orders delivered after 31 st December 2020 may be subject to a surcharge to cover any taxes and/or import customs duties levied on the products. If the exchange rate of Sterling against the Euro at the time of order has dropped by more than 2% with respect to the exchange rate at the time of question, we reserve the right to adjust the offer price accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice

The title of goods and services contained in this invoice will not pass to the purchaser until payment for them is received by the supplier, SAACKE Combustion Services Ltd, in full.

Any damage, loss or discrepancy must be reported to us within three days and the carrier notified immediately
